It’s nice to meet you my friends! Health and wellness has been a key part of my identity since I was 16 years old. I started wrestling and track & field in high school and sharpened my knowledge of physical fitness during my 20 years in the Army (Proud Veteran!). As a husband and father, I have continued my proficiency in new wellness habits to maintain my healthspan through 100 years old (future centenarian here!). I have incorporated and mastered healthful practices as a way of life.   I am grateful for the health I have been able to maintain but not everyone gets dealt the same cards. I have watched loved ones suffer from poor health and addiction. Borne from these challenges is my desire to help people gain access to every opportunity to experience the richness of life in this moment and for as many moments as possible. Wellness encompasses every facet of our being, including sleep and rest, nutrition, physical fitness, and mental well-being. Wellness originates from within us and shapes the goals we create for ourselves. Honing these practices requires us to be deliberate and intentional. Only then can we bring them together into an overall condition of well-being on our own terms.
