I’m Adrian Hawk — founder of Hawk Bookkeeping, where I help small business owners gain clarity and control over their finances. My goal is to be the kind of behind-the-scenes support that gives business owners the peace of mind to focus on what they do best.

Before launching my bookkeeping business, I spent over a decade in federal service, working on simulation modeling and business process improvement. That experience sharpened my attention to detail, taught me the importance of well-designed systems, and sparked my passion for organized, intentional operations.

At Hawk Bookkeeping, I offer practical, professional support that’s tailored to each client’s needs — whether it’s monthly bookkeeping, financial cleanup, invoicing and billing, payroll, or sales tax filing. I’m also a firm believer in helping businesses not just stay compliant, but grow sustainably and profitably, which is why I’m working toward certification in the Profit First methodology.

Based in Woodbine, Maryland, I serve clients locally and virtually, and I’m actively growing my network through meaningful relationships built on trust, integrity, and service.
