After her gallery closed in 2012, Marian Berman facilitated the downsizing or remodeling of multiple senior homes. She holds accreditation as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, A Certified Living in Place Specialist, and an Age Safe America Safety Specialist.
In 2021, she and her partner, Michael Stack, formed Living in Place Solutions to provide safety assessments, solutions, service providers, and modifications that allow homeowners to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
