As passionate Industry Leader Mike has developed large and small groups of Managers and Technicians while also working on the NATE Board of Directors and Technical Committee. He also served on multiple National Committees with ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) being instrumental in working with and developing customer service, sales, and technical training programs.
